Every month one or more parts of this microwave gets damaged even though i use it very cautiously. I have paid atleast ₹10000 to get it repaired in just 2 years time. Samsung is cheating its customers by selling these garbage products. They charge ₹500 + GST as service fee every time i need it repaired and it needs repair every month. I m not kidding every single month some part needs to be replaced. NEVER EVER BUY MICROWAVE FROM SAMSUNG. HATE SAMSUNG NEVER GONNA BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT

Demo was given on next day. It was open box inspection. Samsung’s executive was polite and help us understood functions.
Quality is excellent, it has many modes to cook. Easy to use, booklet is also given for help. Predefined modes are also there for common food items.
