How do I participate in the Lucky Draw?
Go to the product page you want and “Give the Answer to a simple Question” and click on “Participate Now”. In next step pay the Participation Fees and confirm your Ticket for the Lucky Draw.
Do I need to use a valid email address to register?
Yes, you are advised to use a valid email id during registration as there will be a verification email sent for confirmation.
Do I need to login to my account to participate?
Yes, you need to login to your account to complete your participation. You need to give the answer of a simple question to participate.
Does Rush Buy provide international delivery service?
Not yet. All orders from our website must be delivered within India only.
How can I check on the list of participants/winner?
You can find the "Entry List" link on the header menu, where you will find all the ongoing lucky draw events. Just click on the "View participants" button of the particular event and you will find the list of all participants with their ticket ids.
Is there any time limit to participate in a lucky draw event?
Yes, there is a time limit to participate in an event, if all the tickets will not be sold in the given time line then the time line will be extended till all the tickets will be sold out.

How safe is your payment system in your website?
Your online transaction on RushBuy.in is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. How do I Participate in Lucky Draw?
Participating in our lucky draw is simple! Register for the event by purchasing a ticket at the time of submitting your Answer. Wait for the draw announcement, and keep an eye on your email or phone for the winning results. Good luck!
What is the ticket limit for the lucky draw event?
Each participants will get only 1 ticket to purchase for each lucky draw event. Each event has a limited number of tickets and will have minimum 1 winner.
Can I modify the delivery address after payment?
Currently we do not allow any amendment after payment done. Kindly contact our Customer Service within 1 hour after the payment, for further assistance.
How can I check my participation status or obtain the winner list?
You can find the "Entry List" link on the header menu, where you will find the lucky draw events you participated in. Just click on the "View participants" button of the particular event and you will find the status of your ticket and winner list.
Can I participate in multiple lucky draw events at a time?
Yes, you can participate in all the ongoing lucky draw events of your choice at once.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
Can we return or replace my product?
If you got a product during lucky draw event, then you can’t return it, because sponsored product doesn’t come under replacement policy.
If I have received a defective product, what do I do?
Every sponsored product comes with the proper invoice and manufacturer warranty as per their terms set. If the product you purchased is damaged or not working properly, then kindly contact to the manufacturer service center.
Can I change to a similar product but a different color?
No, we do not support change of product type or color.
Do I entitle to the warranty service if I lost my invoice?
Kindly provide our service representative your order number; they will be glad to assist you on the relevant issue and send the soft copy of your invoice to your registered email.
Do you support Multiple Service Languages for customer service?
Given the large territory and multiple languages used in India, in order to provide localized service to every customer, we provide only English and Hindi languages customer service to you.

Where can I get the locations of Manufacturer’s service centres?
Regarding this, you have to contact to the manufacturer.
How should I define the warranty period?
The warranty period starts from the date when you acknowledge receipt of the product.
Will there be any cost incurred on the after-sales maintenance if the product purchased is still under 1 year warranty?

How to recover my password?
If you forget your password, please click on “Forget password” button at Login page in order to retrieve or reset your password. You will then receive an email for further process.
Can I change my email or contact number after registration?
You can change email only, after registration. Kindly fill out all the details carefully while registering.
Can I unregister my account by using email?
For the moment, Customers are not allowed to unregister through emails. But you can contact to our Customer Service to unregister your account.
