1. Everyone will get the chance to participate in the lucky draw events @ Rush Buy!
  2. Multiple tickets will be available to participate during Rush Buy lucky draw offers.
  3. You have to participate for each lucky draw offers individually.
  4. Offer valid once during the lucky draw events
  5. Offer valid from the starting time of lucky draw, till Tickets available
  6. You will be notified to via email within 24 hours after winning the lucky draw contest.
  7. Rush Buy lucky draw events displayed on merchant site will be valid only if it’s also displayed on Rush Buy website/app
  8. If your winning product is cancelled or left undelivered at Rush Buy’s end, Rush Buy will initiate a refund
  9. After the refund is initiated, amount will be credited back to account/card within 7-10 days
  10. Your Participation Fees will not be Refundable / Transferable in any circumstances

Lucky Draw Event

  1. The event will commence at as particular date & time.
  2. Kridha Inc. (referred to as “Kridha” hereafter), as the authorized organizer on Rush Buy Store (/in/), reserves the right to change the date & time of the event at its discretion.

Who can take part?

  • The event is open to /in registered users who are residents of India, aged 18 years old and above.
  • Employees of Rush Buy / Kridha are not eligible.
  • The event is applicable within India only, except Tamil Nadu.

Lucky Draw Offer

  • The products available during lucky draw offer are the Promotional / Sponsored Products.
  • The lucky draw tickets are available on a first come first served basis.
  • Each user is only allowed to grab a maximum of ONE ticket.
  • All participants who successfully get the ticket to participate in the lucky draw event, have a chance to win the product at no additional cost.
  • COD payment method is not supported for this event. All order(s) without FULL payment made within 1 hours shall be cancelled automatically.
  • There is manufacturer’s warranty for Promotional / Sponsored Products as winning in the lucky draw contest.
  • Users who use including but not limited to malicious software will be disqualified.
  • Kridha reserves the right to review and cancel particular cost of the events in case of suspicious activity.
  • Shipping is free of cost for all winning product.
  • Notwithstanding the above, it usually takes standard 5 to 7 working days for item shipping. Expected delivery dates are however indicative. Please be aware that occasionally actions beyond our control result in delays in delivery. For this reason, Kridha reserves the rights to extend the expected delivery dates.

  1. By participating in this event, you should and will be deemed to read, understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy of Rush Buy.
  2. By participating in this event, you agree and provide consent to Rush Buy Store and Kridha to the use of any personal data as provided by you for the purpose of participation to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Kridha for lawful purpose directly related to the running of events including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of the events.
  3. Kridha reserves the right at all times to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotional event or cancel it with immediate effect without giving any prior notice to any party.
  4. This Event and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with or in relation to all promotional events.

  • Any products bought along with free bundled products can’t be returned, in case of defective product issue they will be replaced only after approval by after sales service team experts.
  • Bundled free product will not have any Warranty or after sales service and can’t be returned.
  • In case of limited stock free bundled products will be prioritized only for full paid order, so we always suggest user to go for fully Paid option and only for unavoidable circumstances got for other option.
