It’s been more than a year using this. Has not given me any trouble. The cold shot feature is useful to protect hair from overheating. Twice it has stopped working when I had almost blocked the nozzle of the hair dryer while drying my clothes. I thought it is damaged now but after a few hours of cooling down it started working again. I think it might be an auto cutoff feature to protect overheating of the coil and to avoid excessive air pressure inside the shaft of the dryer.

Only 2 modes settings (Hot & Cool modes) only available in this hair dryer instead of 3 modes (Hot, Warm, Cool modes). Bought 1 type and get 1 type.
No proper instructions for assemble and disassemble of nozzle. And cool shot mode is only normal temperature mode.
