The camera was good and easy to install and usage was good but after a week it stopped working and shows offline and i tried all troubleshooting methods. But not working and now going send to service centre. Let see the support from CP-PLUS
Actually I bought two, One was doing great and other one has problem as mentioned above.

Product is good and fulfilling the purpose but its app is really horrible because of lagging.It contains so many useful features.camera picture quality is awesome just a single thing which ruins its performance is its lagging app.. sometimes it irritating.Otherwise this product is worthy and value for money.

At 3 megapixel camera is ok. Software is not uptp mark. Need so much improvement. Every time you start Software camera quality reset to sd. So many time motion detection failed. Smart night light not work each time on motion. Not happy with cpplus quality.

I have installed this camera at my entrance lobby. It has been couple of months and it is functioning properly. WiFi setup was quick and easy and the resolution of the camera is also good. There is a list of good features but only drawback The volume of its speaker is very low and it is very difficult to hear it in normal conditions too.
