1) Double door fridge with a convenient button control panel and with a 3 star energy efficient rating is an amazing deal.
2) Cooling is very good, you need to set freezer temperature at optimal settings for ice making. Within 1.5hrs it is making ice, which is good. For the fridge 1 to 7°c has been given at the outdoor, 3°c is enough throughout the year, at summer peak times you need to set it at 1 or 2°c.
3) Power Cool option is working good, it automatically turnoff after 2.5hrs. This will helps to cool very quickly.
4) Coolpad is working good, helps alot while power cuts. I checked, it almost keeps the cooling retained for about 6 to 8 hours. Cool pad is removable, so you can remove it in order to expand storage space.
5) Supports inverter technology, hassle free from powercuts and it connects to inverter with ease.
6) During powercuts settings has been stored in memory, so no need to set settings again and again. after getting power.
7) Easy slides is very helpful, vegetables and fruit storage compartment are well designed and controls moisture very well.

One of the worst choice of choosing to buy this worst product. I purchased this product on 12th April 2024 it was delivered on 17th April. Within a month(14th may 2024) this refrigerator stops working don’t know reason. I make many calls for the customer care service they did not response your problem they don’t understand the importance of money. Till now 16th April 2024 my problem was not solved I make them more then 5-6 calls no response. Don’t buy this product otherwise you will regret in future. #NoSupportFromSamsung

Product is really good and lots of features with convertible freezer and option to control temperature.
Only minus point is there is no light in freezer and backside design is not hinden and coils are open.

Although the fridge is good there installation service is bad. I have called several times to the but it seems no body wants to come for the installation. What is the point of making a great product when the service sucks.
