Bought 2 for me and my sister. Easy to operate and good looking. Consumes very less power and wash quality is also good. Hard to believe that for just 12000 Panasonic giving a 5 star washing machine with 10 years motor warranty.
Few draw back – very small inlet pipe, limited control, no detergent box.
Other than everything is good.

I bought panasonic top load washing machine from amazon on dated 10th Apr’24 .Water leakage issue on washing machine happen in front of demo by installation engineer.Totally disappointed over this .Several reminders given to Panasonic customer care to replace this product as early as possible but all in vain . It’s very painful to write this but as a customer point of view totally unacceptable from such a big reputed company.

Really nice product. It was delivered within two days. It was well packed and protected. There was not a single dent or scratch on the product. About performance of the machine, it is really doing its job well, there are multiple functions you can opt for, negligible noise, less water consumption l, end to end washing, less damage to cloths, sturdy metal body and great colour. Internal washing drum is of metal, it washes really well. Post washing drying is also excellent. Maching beaps after completing each function to let you know about completion of cycle.
100% recommend to buy for bachelors or small families as capacity is 6kg. You can wash 10pair of clothes without hustle. At this budget this product beyond exceptions, outperforms and great deal to grab. Based on my use i will 100% recommend this product.
