This is the first time I have purchased a VR headset, which was delivered yesterday. I am not at all satisfied with the features. I have used my oneplus phone for this VR and upon wearing the headset, I felt very uncomfortable. I felt heavy load upon my head and need to catch hold of the headset with both the hands. The VR content that is available in jioimmerse is very limited. If I talk about movies, only 6-7 90s bollywood movies are available to watch. After giving all the mandatory permissions to the jioimmerse app and upon viewing the movie for ten minutes, my phone got heated up abnormally and stopped working. In some movies, the picture is very clear, but the sound is worst. You can only use the Bluetooth headphone and not the wired ones. The battery gets drained very quickly and drop down to less than 50% within half an hour of usage. Only the photos which are available on your phone memory can be viewed through jiophotos and not the online location like google photos. With all these negative features, I strongly recommend not to purchase this product, which I feel is not very useful and causes abnormal strain to your eyes and head. Prolonged usage may damage your costly phone too.

They just slapped delivery sticker on its original and called it packaging.

the build quality is fine, except the front part feels fragile. if that breaks it will become useless.

Strap and fitting is fine, there is a nose cap inside the box which is helpful

That Jio logo in front looks so lame, it would have looked good if it was black instead of silver, but the VR looks so good. And again, jio ruined the beautiful design of another product which they outsourced from China just by putting their logo in worst way possible.

i can use Riftcat to connect it to steam VR and use my xbox controller to play the games, the clarity depends on you phone’s resolution. most of the time its 1080p which looks pixelated when zoomed in, but thats what you can get for this price.

good for budget VR gaming and 360° videos, dont expect much but it does it’s job

You would have probably used a VR in a mall or somewhere else and now you just saw this product with Jio’s logo. You can for sure try this product in a Jio store offline or buy it from here and return it, you will immediately realise this product isn’t worth investing. Coming to the point here are the reasons not to buy it:
1. The main point, It’s not a real VR, YOU ARE LITERALLY KEEPING YOUR PHONE RIGHT INFRONT OF YOUR EYES, just ask any eye doctor if that’s a good thing.
2. Low quality lenses: If you are expecting a screen which will show you the pictures/videos/whatever then you are a bit wrong here. The pixels are clearly visible as the distance between them will be visible too, much like a honeycomb.
3. If you are expecting to play games made for VRs on it then you can’t.
4. The picture quality is really bad.

I had seen this headset at one of my friend’s place and experienced it, was amazing. 360 Video viewing at this price is amazing. After I got to know that one can watch live Tv on this Jio TV I was completely convinced to gift it to my daughter on her Birthday. She used it yesterday scrolled lots of channels and enjoyed her Cartoon Channels. I saw Women’s IPL in 360 Degree Live, paisa Vasool. IPL mein 360 mein cricket dekhunga on jiocinema. Jio Immerse app pe sub milega. Good buy at this price. Recommended

I know youre excited to buy this product as i was well this thing is really good if you ask me to rate the photo quality then its [7/10] not as bad as people say it is just wear it correctly for better vr experience well you can play games, watch movies etc on jio immerse (available on playstore[free]..)
Vr box built quality is really underrated and good (itne me itna hi milega :v..)

So this thing is good i loved it as a teenager every teen wants to experience vr and own a vr set you know iam one of those teenagers when i used it everything was going good but my eyes felt really weird like i dont know well iam sur ei didn’t used it more then 15mins i felt like my eyes were dizzy however it might be different experience for each person (iam probably gonna return it because i really dont want headache) well if you want then give it a try but becareful take care of yourself

Answer: i dont think so(no its safe) well it might affect your health(all vr headsets are the same wether its a box or real vr headset)

Good starter VR product. I purchased Jio Dive to watch IPL in 360 and play VR games. For an introductory product into the VR space, Jiodive is fairly decent at this price point. Built quality is good at this price range. I loved the cricket 360 VR experience and VR games as well.

This product is really good.There are other similar products in less price, but these additional lens adjustment controls really makes a huge difference. I don’t know how to attach this nose guard they provided but without this when I’m wearing this, my nose is getting blocked, I have to breathe using my mouth, so I don’t know if this nose guard can fix this issue. Appert from this, this headset supports phone of 6.78 . I was really worried if my phone would fit in this or not but it fits perfectly.
