Delivery: Excellent. one day delivery and installation within a day.
Package: No damage and great packing. Each and every trolley and inside cabinet walls were well protected. Early I Ordered IFB and twice I received damaged machine. Havells done a excellent thing
Working: Have used it twice. It easily becomes so important part of your life. Period. Cleans so well and utensils shine so well. And doesn’t make noise.
Only thing make sure that utensils has to be properly arranged with inside facing downwards.
Till now all good. Will update if I find anything changes from above experience.

Only the packaging of product was good but the quality of dishwasher is not good last week we ordered bosch and got returned it due to damage by spending five more thousand we brought this thinking it is a best in quality but we did a very big mistake it cannot be compared to Bosch so I have asked Amazon customer care team to to return this product and get me refund but they have asked me to wait for technician to come and provide me a job sheet the remark of quality issue so I have contacted brand for technician visit. The outer compartment of dishwasher it is not hard the drainage pipe is not big the inlet water pipe is not big inside the trolleys quality is not good in as much as Bosch. So I am going to return this product and reorder bosch once again. If I had got a replacement bosch instead of refund that would been so better when I got bosch defective…

The plate tines are very thin. Plates with thicker rim does not fit in the rim. The machine restarts the current cycle in the event of a power outage. It does not remember the last thing it did. The plastic quality is very poor, especially the cuttlery tray.

A perfect Dishwasher for family of 4 to 5. Takes good enough load. Cutlery Drawer has enough place to take entire days cutlery. Second drawer is adjustable based on the types of load. I have been using dishwashers from different brands from past 8 years. This is best one in terms of load, quality of job and maintenance, flexibility.

We bought this dishwasher in August. First one month, it’s worked very well until the salt level is decreased. Once salt is completed, no salt indicator comes and all the dishes came with a worst thin white layer. We given complaint to Lloyd customer care. 5 service engineers came 5 times and could not able to fix the issue. At final we asked for refund. They denied and replaced with a new dishwasher. With new one also after using one month, we got same issue. We called again to customer care. This time, the service engineer made a video call with the person who is there in head office. By just seeing in video, the person concluded that this is because of water hardness. We totally disagreed for that because we are using our water as drinking water in the water purifier. And our water is very good water. We are facing the issue still. No resolution at all. We are very much worry about this as this is not a small item. Worst brand ever Lloyd is. Never go for any item. They simply try to sell items to customer and never resolve any issue.
