Product is good and easy to install. But the product have some electrical loose connections in it when it delivered, I installed the same and it was not working, I made a complaint at Crompton and next day there technician visited and cleared the same.

I have purchase the water heater in the middle of Cold Weather. Only 1 person can use at a time as the capacity of the water tank is 15 Ltr. I extremely recommended this instant water heater as it may take approx. 8 to 10 minutes for 15 Litres water. I have received the call same days of delivery for installation. It takes approx. 2 days for complete installation at your home by the brand.

Overall Geyser is Good but i am facing Frequently Tripping issue, twice in last 6 month i faced issue that all of sudden Gyser stopped working,
Given 3 Star because Crompton Service is very good, they come reset on switch. which can be done after Pressing reset button, but button can be seen under screwed panel which is design flaw such RESET button should be given outside panel itself.
Other than this is there is no issue so far.
Good Part Till now complaint has been resolved in hassle free manner,
Simply Send Hi WhatsApp’s number, you can create service ticket and Person from Authorized center will come and fix it.

I would really like to mention this thing that Electronics items are very risky to buy if seller is not good, because it’s very difficult to return or replace these items even it’s not convinient.
Goood Part:
1. I got this in sale and got it at very competitive price.
2. For my requirement of 3 ppl the size is perfect
3. As crompton seems a trust worthy brand and it has less power consumption as compared to other geyser in this range or competitors.
Not do good part:
1. The packaging was not very good.
2. Product was dented/damaged.
3. Initially I din;t realised as we were shifting later on I saw the dent so then there was no use .
4. Shape is not so good, looks very bulky.

Installed two days back.Easy to install but inlet outlet pipe purchased from local market.Surpringly there is no warranty card or phone number for support system.In case of fault I don’t know whom to contact.No invoice also not there inside the box.
