Writing a review after one year of usage. I bought it Feb 2023. Sturdy robust design. Mobile ergonomics is good. Battery life – decent. Not very good not bad either. Its a plug and play so need no software technicalities. It comes with two wireless usb port and a average length usb b type cord. You can play any pc games with it but let me tell you, if you’re planning to play games on android with this one, you are going to get disappointed. Because only few handful of games support gamepad. But yes it works fine with any emulators, wheather its ppsspp or daemon, you name it. Vibration feedback is pretty decent for me but I cant rate it as I never tried ps or xbox controller. No lag in sensitivity. Its been one year, still all the buttons and the lighting inside xyab keys works fine.
Only con I faced,.. its sometime lose connection and reconnect automatically. This can be a bothersome but again it doesn’t happen always.

I’ve used my fair share of controllers and redgear wired and wireless both sit somewhere in the middle.
Pros : They’re cheap, plug and play, feel good to hold, the vibration motors are actually decent and all the front buttons feel good to press.
Cons : The shoulder buttons have a loud click and pop, you just know they’re prone to damage. The triggers are actually loose and there’s significant horizontal play on the hinges. My L2 on the wired controller stopped working in 6 months. The thumbsticks are both very prone to stick drift and my wireless version had left thumbstick drift in just 2 months playing Elden Ring.
Overall, if you’re on a tight budget, these are decent controllers, however you might need to use them very carefully because the shoulder buttons and triggers as well as the thumbsticks have a tendency to stop working.

I don’t usually post reviews after a short term use. I bought two Red gear pro gamepad back in 2017 and using till this day, So thought of sharing my review after 6 years of usuage of this product(bought one more couple of days back as well)
I am basically FPS gamer mostly playing games like Valorant and controllers are not my thing. But I bought this for casual co op multiplayer games with siblings and cousins. So please mind the review is from a PC gamer n not from a Console gamer.
Coming to this device, I really enjoyed playing games on this controller. Especially the tactile feel of the buttons and vibration motors are great for the price. And u will be getting a good battery backup(i didn’t check in hours but I am confident it won’t be a deal breaker). And most importantly the durability of this device should be appreciated. I don’t use these very often but when cousins are around these are under rough usage as u can see from the pics. So after a long 6 years of usuage I just one more again to make it as 3 to play Dirt 5, FIFA 23, Road Redemption in local multiplayer and I am so happy with the purchase. Also note I didn’t face any issue connecting 3 same controllers at the same time(I am using a usb extender hub to connect the receivers).
Pros:
1. Excellent value for money.
2. Great durability with good battery backup
3. Compatible with most of the games. I tested in most games and I didn’t face any issue at all.
4. Good feedback and tactile feel with vibration.
Cons:
1. The joystick black thumb cap crumbled over usage(but u can still play without any issues)
2. I was facing some wireless connection issue when the receiver plugged in at back of the PC, so the issue fixed when bought a usb extended with hub to keep them in the front while playing.
3. One two led out of four indicator in one controller stopped working, but that is not affecting the gaming experience but thought of mentioning that
So overall its a great purchase I have done so far. So please go ahead if u are just looking for some casual gaming and fun with friends.

Fantastic controller at its price range. The battery is awesome and lasts for more than 15 hours of continuous gaming. The grip is good but the RT and LT buttons do feel a little cheap. Except that every other feature is quite good. Charging takes max 2 hours. The wireless connection is flawless. Finally I can conclude that this is the best value-for-money controller you can find in the market

1.0 out of 5 stars Annoyed & Cheated…..started Malfunctioning in 2 Weeks.
I bought this farce of a product & worked fine for 2 weeks. All of a sudden the left stick is malfunctioning. The left stick goes to left even when it is not pressed. To prove it to you I captured some pictures with my calibrator on my PC. As you can see see the pictures 1, 2 & 3 are where the controller was working fine. When the stick is pressed to left the + mark in the square is going left and when it is pressed right it should go to the right and etc. When the stick is not pressed the + mark should stay in the centre as shown in picture no. 3. Now look at no. 4 picture. This is where the problem comes. the press mark is going to the left even when the stick is not pressed at all. it is moving all by itself and the stick is going to the left even when I do not operate it. This caused a lot of problems as I was trying to play FIFA and other games. The player always goes to the left even when you want the player to go to the right that is because of this controller. And also the ‘A’ button doesn’t respond very well. After spending almost 1200 rupees I was given this ridiculous product. if I had received a faulty product then I would have been less angry. but the product worked fine for 10 days, and right after the return window expired now it started malfunctioning. Now this makes it hard to return this controller as the return window is over and I’m stuck with this faulty product forever. once again I am telling you do not buy Redgear products. even if they are costly buy Logitech, Microsoft or Sony controllers. They will stay with you longer.

After I bought this controller, it worked flawlessly for 1 month, after that, D-pad stopped responding. I got it replaced from redgear.
After replacement, it worked great for another 3 months then triggers started causing issues, I got it replaced the second time.
After second replacement, it again worked great for just another 3 months and started causing charging issues. I got it replaced under warranty, again.
After 3 replacements my controller is out of warranty and now joysticks started drifting.
I would recommend to go for a better controller. Only buy this if you have strict budget restrictions.

good build lasts very long , problems are it disconnects sometimes, not very often but its frustrating because you might be in a fight or about to score in football etc. and your player is just standing.
one other thing is sometimes its calibaration is not proper . If I leave it, it ll still be turning my camera ingame
