5.0 out of 5 stars Best psu i ever seen.
Best psu i ever seen, but if they replace the flat cables with the braided cables would be more best looking cables.
i would suggest msi to give braided cables.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Brief Take on the MSI MAG A850GL PCIe 5.0 Graphics Card
So, I recently got my hands on the MSI MAG A850GL PCIe 5.0 graphics card, and let me tell you, it’s a bit of a beast in a compact frame. The PCIe 5.0 support is like the secret sauce here, making everything lightning-fast and giving my gaming and content creation a serious boost.
What’s cool is how it handles the heavy-duty graphics stuff without breaking a sweat. The design is slick, not to mention the cooling system keeping things chill even during those marathon gaming sessions.
Setting it up was surprisingly easy, and it just slotted right into my rig without any drama. If you’re into gaming or working with graphics, the MAG A850GL is a solid pick for the kind of power and efficiency you want in a compact graphics card.

Quiet, modular and overspec’ed for most
At 850W, this is rated at more than most people will need, but with headroom to know you aren’t pushing the PSU to its limits, without going overboard and spending a fortune. As an example, for the system mine is in (i7 14700K, 64GB DDR5 6000, Geforce RTX 4070 Ti, 2x 2TB WD SN850X M.2 drives, 360mm AiO CPU cooler, 3x sys fans), a relatively powerful system, the peak wattage is estimated to be 700W max. – that demand won’t happen often if at all.
For the money, this seemed like a good buy. It’s quiet, the modular cables seem well designed and easy to keep the system build tidy, and MSI generally have a reputation for making good quaility products (I’ve certainly had no complaints over the years).

Brilliant PSU for High End Build
This PSU is a high quality modular build, all ports and cables are clearly labelled and easy to install to both the chassis and the motherboard due to the cable being ribbon style and flexible. It also comes with a bag for your spare cables which is neat. My only criticism is that when installed in a standard MSI chassis (Gungnir 111R) the text for the cable ports is upside down on the unit but this is just a perfectionist nit-pick as you will never see it! Overall this is a great PSU for most builds! (Running Ryzen 9 7900x with AIO cooler, RTX 4070ti overclocked)

Good PSU, underwhelming cables
PSU itself is good, I like that it supports 12V2x6 out of the box, but the included cables feel very cheap, they’re quite stiff and hard to work with, the fact that they are “flat” does nothing to help with the cable management. This doesn’t affect the functunality in any way, just adds some frustration during the build process.
